Potpourri Refresher Oil Base
Our own Refresher Oil Base mixes completely with all non polar fragrance oils. Easy to use to make Potpourri Refresher oil, light bulb ring oil, and other items including incense cones and sticks. Typical formula is 5 oz to 1oz fragrance for excellent strength and throw in your fragrance products.
