Water Clear Formulation holds up to 9% of most fragrances without clouding! Excellent air dispersal when sprayed as an air freshener. No oily mess or strong odor. Easily colored with FD&C Colorants. Suggested fragrance load for Body Splash Application 3% or less, 3 to 9% by weight for use as an air freshener base. Ingredients for use in your labeling on container.
